### What this site publishes

Certificates of registration of businesses, as the State of New York publishes them. Phone numbers in the state file are not republished. A business whose name is only a person's name is searchable but no page lists it.

### What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. Searches run in your browser against static files. A click on a
referral link is counted (site, link and page — no visitor identifier). The host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps ordinary
server logs.

### How we are paid

- **Dated reports and Pro access.**
- **Referrals**: pages and records can carry one of two links — to a micro1 video-data program for
businesses, or to Registres, an independent data gateway. This site may be paid a fee if a business that applies
through one of these links is accepted. No one pays to appear here.

### Corrections and removal

The data is a public record. If something is wrong, or you want an entry removed from this site, write to us: we
cannot change the official file, but this site is not the government.
