The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the compilation work — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.
What the report contains
- the certificate: number, business name, address, status, issue and expiration dates
- the other certificates under the same business name in the file
- what was not found, written down: the checks made and the empty results
- the exact citation: state file and date

What the report is NOT
It is not a document of the Department of Labor and does not replace the verification a manufacturer must make with the Department.
